When introducing the import and export situation in the first three quarters of 2015, Huang Songping, spokesman of the General Administration of Customs, said that the export growth rate continued to decline in the third quarter, but the monthly decline in exports narrowed month by month. Exports increased by 4.8% in the first quarter, and decreased by 3% and 5.6% in the second and third quarters, respectively. However, in the third quarter, the monthly decline in exports narrowed, with decreases of 9.5%, 6.1% and 1.1% in July, August and September respectively. The main reason is that the effects of China’s long-term policies and measures are gradually emerging, and foreign trade enterprises are also actively fulfilling contract agreements, and delivery is relatively concentrated.
