What kind of invoice can a resource recycling enterprise that implements "reverse invoicing" issue?

Recently, State Taxation Administration of The People’s Republic of China issued the Announcement on Issues Related to "Reverse Invoicing" by Resource Recycling Enterprises to Sellers of Scrap Products from Natural Persons (State Taxation Administration of The People’s Republic of China Announcement No.5, 2024), clarifying that since April 29, 2024, sellers of scrapped products from natural persons will sell scrapped products to resource recycling enterprises, and qualified resource recycling enterprises can issue invoices to sellers (referred to as "reverse invoicing"), which will help to promote large-scale equipment renewal and trade-in of consumer goods.

What kind of invoice can a resource recycling enterprise that implements "reverse invoicing" issue? Let’s get to know each other ↓

Q: What invoices can be issued by resource recycling enterprises that implement "reverse invoicing"?

Answer: Considering the fact that taxpayers need invoices for pre-tax deduction of income tax, and taxpayers who apply the general VAT taxation method also need special VAT invoices to deduct the input tax, therefore, if the resource recycling enterprises belong to the general VAT taxpayers who apply the general VAT taxation method, they can issue special VAT invoices and ordinary VAT invoices in reverse; If it is a small-scale VAT taxpayer, or a general VAT taxpayer who chooses to apply the simple VAT taxation method, ordinary invoices may be issued in reverse, and special VAT invoices may not be issued in reverse. If the resource recycling enterprise sells scrapped products and the VAT tax calculation method changes, it shall apply for adjusting the ticket type of "reverse invoicing" and correctly invoice according to the selected applicable VAT tax calculation method. Resource recycling enterprises can deduct the tax indicated on the special VAT invoice issued in reverse according to regulations.

Case 1: Company A, a resource recycling enterprise, belongs to the general taxpayer of value-added tax, and its sales of scrapped products are subject to the general taxation method of value-added tax, and it has obtained the qualification of "reverse invoicing". In June, 2024, Company A purchased waste plastics from natural person A who sold waste products, and the purchase amount was 2.02 million yuan. For the above-mentioned acquisition business, Company A chooses to issue a special VAT invoice in reverse, indicating that the sales excluding tax is 2 million yuan and the tax amount is 20,000 yuan. Then Company A can deduct the above-mentioned input tax of 20,000 yuan when calculating the VAT payable in June 2024.

Case 2: Company A, a resource recycling enterprise, belongs to the general taxpayer of value-added tax, and its sales of scrapped products are subject to the simple tax calculation method of value-added tax, and it has obtained the qualification of "reverse invoicing". In July, 2024, Company A purchased waste plastics from natural person A who sold waste products, with the purchase amount of 1.01 million yuan. For the above-mentioned acquisition business, because Company A has chosen to apply the simple tax calculation method of value-added tax, it can only issue ordinary invoices to natural person A in reverse, and cannot issue special invoices for value-added tax in reverse.

How was the "online celebrity" in Beijing Hutong tempered when it was beautiful? The operation of social forces improves efficiency

On a bright Saturday, the Jingshan Civic Cultural Center came alive again after the United States.
After 1995, young people played with hand-held discs and watched talk shows, while old people experienced Qin tea and handcrafted buckles, while children and parents performed a different life in the drama open day.
In the quadrangle with blue bricks and gray tiles, I met the new culture of fashion trends. Since its opening in September 2020, the largest civic activity space in the old city has handed over eye-catching transcripts-1,098 events have been held one after another, benefiting more than 60,000 people.
As the latest practice of the socialization of public cultural services in Dongcheng District, after the United States, through the professional management mode led by the government and operated by social forces, the supply of public cultural services at the grassroots level was accurate and diversified, and citizens started a new cultural life in quadrangles.
Multiple supply links all ages
In the quaint backstreet to the north of China Art Museum, the white and fashionable logo of "Jingshan Civic Cultural Center in the Four Seasons after the United States" is quite eye-catching.
When the United States is beautiful, it means "the four seasons are renewed, the four seasons change, and the beauty will never stop." Inside the red lacquer gate, the two courtyards are antique, and the Chinese buildings with blue bricks and gray tiles are connected by cloisters, with carved beams and painted buildings full of Beijing flavor. Here, there are one ground floor and three underground floors, covering an area of 5,400 square meters. It is open from 9 am to 9 pm every day and does not close for 365 days without special circumstances. Turn around everywhere, and 21 activity spaces, such as the American Theater, the American Studio, the Food Hall, the American Reading Hall, the American Film Hall, the American Clothing Hall, the Body Building Hall and the Beautiful Exchange Center, are in good order.
At 10 o’clock every Sunday morning, the 65-year-old Yang Guangyi, who lives in Dongsi Liutiao, can’t move here. In the Art Gallery, his favorite director Xin Li walked from behind the scenes to the stage to give a lecture on old Beijing images, which fascinated Yang Lao and many hutong lovers. "Teacher Xin Li talked about Di ‘anmen Street, Bell and Drum Tower from Qianmen Street and Zhengyangmen, and then to our Dongsi. There are old photos, old images and historical materials, which is simply a’ cultural gluttony’ for me!" Yang Guangyi said with joy that the small notebook in his hand is full of lecture notes.
Like Yang Guangyi, the elders who love traditional culture can find "good hearts" here: Chinese studies, Qin tea, non-legacy flowers, flower arranging, singing and dancing … any choice, infinite excitement.
Traditional culture has made the United States gain older fans, and talk show, cultural creation, modern drama, costume aesthetics, Pilates and other trendy games have given new vitality to generate here.
After dinner on Wednesday, Zeng Jun, a post-90s generation who lives in Dongzhimen, came to Housi. In the body building, Zeng Jun changed his equipment, punched, kicked and swung, his eyes were firm and his actions were decisive. In the intense and dynamic music, he released his strength and relaxed his body and mind. In the beautiful studio next door, my lover took Didi, a 5-year-old child, to attend the zebra drama open day. "Little friends, I will keep the secret of the king of the forest, and at the moment, I have to be leaving now. Ah ah ….. "Didi, dressed as a fox, said his lines in a sly tone, and ran away with his tail between his legs, which made the audience laugh. In this weekly drama stage, teachers set up situations, and children and parents write their own lines and body language to promote the plot, which is sometimes absurd and sometimes touching. "I feel that my introverted personality has suddenly become lively, and I can dream of coming to drama classes in my dreams." Didi blurted out the charm here.
You don’t have to take out the whole time specially, and you don’t have to drive all the way to the business circle. The opening up of the United States after four hours allows office workers like Zeng Jun to have a good cultural experience in the fragmented time after work. "In the past, the public cultural space of the street was closed at five or six in the afternoon, and our office families could hardly participate. Now the United States is open at night and weekends, and the family will lift their feet, each learning and having fun. " Zeng Jun praised.
From children to elderly people, from residents in the old city to urban white-collar workers, the United States has provided high-quality and diversified cultural services to link up the widest audience of all ages and types.
The operation of social forces improves efficiency
Behind the abundant and exquisite cultural supply after the United States, Dongcheng District’s comprehensive innovation in public cultural service system and mechanism.
Meihuashi is located in Jingshan Street, Dongcheng District. It was originally used for the shield project of Metro Line 8. After the project was vacated in 2019, how to use this precious area with four floors and more than 5,400 square meters has become an important research topic of Jingshan Street.
"Jingshan Street is next to the Forbidden City and Jingshan. It is a treasure to have such a piece of land. We must use good steel on the blade." Shen Nan, deputy director of Jingshan Street Community Service Center, said that the public cultural function of darning the old city has become the common demand of the vast majority of residents through public surveys in the early stage. Therefore, Jingshan Street transformed it into a street-level large-scale public cultural service center, based on Jingshan and serving the whole city. However, in terms of operation, we should explore mechanism innovation and take the road of high quality development.
In May 2020, the Guiding Opinions on Socialized Operation of Public Service Facilities in Dongcheng District was issued, which clarified in detail the service standards, procedures for determining the third party subject, fund guarantee, performance management and other aspects of socialized public cultural services, and provided norms and standards for the four-hour operation in the United States.
According to this guidance, Dongcheng District selects high-quality third-party companies for operation through public bidding by means of government purchasing services and allocation of district financial funds. Through layer-by-layer selection, they turned their attention to the excellent and time team that has been deeply involved in cultural services in the core city for many years. With the aim of "redefining the cultural life of the city", Youhe Time has been operating the Jiaolou Library in Dongcheng District for many years, and has created a number of cultural IPS such as "Non-legacy 52 Days" and "corner map night reading", forming a perfect professional operation service system, which is very popular among the residents of the old city.
"In line with the goal of’ building the beautiful afterlife into a national aesthetic education platform with diversity, scene and cultural connotation’, we have established a life-cycle operation service from space design, space operation and brand building." The head of Youhe Time Team said.
What he calls life cycle operation service, if citizens come here to experience it, they can appreciate the beautiful feelings brought by this service. First of all, it is the most intuitive sensory experience. In the quadrangle with Beijing charm and Beijing flavor, there are modern and fashionable activity spaces: floor-to-ceiling glass, Mo Landi colors, sculpture ornaments, high chairs … No matter reading, attending classes or practicing yoga, they are relaxed and comfortable.
When you get involved, you get a sense of gain from the body to the heart. 21 activity spaces, subdivided into 21 service functions, and more than 100 cultural institutions and 200 cultural lecturers signed up to settle in. There are not only traditional cultural representatives such as Cai Zhiwei, a disciple of "Rongniao Zhang", Sun Ying, a special lecturer of Rong Baozhai’s silk enamel, and Ma Li ‘aonan, a senior teacher of Mongolian dance, but also emerging cultural groups and lecturers such as Lailu Buming Light Music Troupe, Shan Liren Talk Show, Yuan Ding, the founder of "10%" coffee, and Sidi, a jewelry designer.
The high quality and diversity of lecturers provide accurate and diversified cultural services. "Unlike ordinary grassroots cultural centers, which only meet basic public cultural services, since its opening in September last year, the United States has provided free basic cultural services such as exhibitions, lectures, cultural performances and digital film screenings, as well as extended cultural services such as yoga, free fighting, hand-playing, and drama performances, which accounted for 33% of the total number of activities in the year." The relevant person in charge said that the prices of these extended services are generally from 15 yuan to 35 yuan, and the price of a cup of coffee can buy a high-quality cultural life for one or two hours, which is a good choice.
How effective the service is, the audience has voted with their feet. According to big data statistics, more than 95% of the 1098 events held in the United States last year were full, with more than 1300 feedback messages from the audience, with a satisfaction rate of 98.3%.
Content community feeds back community.
A dazzling array of cultural activities make the United States attract countless powders from time to time, but its charm goes far beyond this. "The cultural service here is not an assembly line or a fast-moving consumer product. It is like drinking a cup of coffee and leaving. Instead, it uses activities as a medium to guide people to deeply link with each other and form a strong content community." The person in charge of Youhe Time said.
After three weeks of continuous classes in zebra drama, white-collar Anning obviously felt the change of parent-child relationship. "I am usually busy at work and have no time to accompany my son. The drama class has given me a rare parent-child time with him." Anning said that Lili didn’t dare to talk when she first came, but now, she can open her heart and perform with herself, which makes her surprised and gratified. Thanks to this cultural experience, Anning and several parents jointly set up a "parent-child relationship support group" to share mutual help with more families.
The story of educating people and feeding back personal growth and family relationships is not limited to tranquility. Through the Siheyuan Single Youth Day, Chao Huang and Xinxin, who were strangers after 1995, became lovers; By participating in antique activities such as Qin tea, Zhang Dajie, who lives in Yuqun Hutong, deeply fell in love with Mei Housi, signed up as a volunteer worker, and encouraged her neighbors and friends to participate, constantly expanding her "antique circle".
Focusing on the beauty of the future, cultural resources are still radiating outward in a silent way, extending to the surrounding hutongs, streets and communities, and promoting the formation of a harmonious community ecology.
At the "Community Neighborhood Festival" held on October 17 last year, a series of unique neighborhood festival theme activities enabled dozens of families from Jingshan Street to establish a friendly "circle of friends". In the activity of "Little Ghost in Charge, Bringing Children to Set up a Stall", children put out their idle toys, books, magazines, clothes and other items to barter things, and you came to me to find like-minded friends; In the activity of "Jingshan Life Home Neighborhood Toast a Cup of Tea", neighbors who are familiar with each other usually sit in a circle, offering each other a cup of tea and saying hello; In the activity of "Old Neighborhood Old Beijing Hidden in Old Objects", I looked at an old celadon bowl and remembered a bowl of hot jiaozi that I gave to my neighbor when I was young. The warm and long-lasting neighborhood feelings in my memory came to my mind … "I was pleasantly surprised to find that the most interesting little friend lived opposite, and the friend I could talk to was around." A resident who participated in the neighborhood festival said.
What makes us happy is that the audience walked out of the activity space and walked into the hutong and the old city, offering suggestions and suggestions for community co-construction, co-governance and sharing. After listening to the special class of "Those Things in Old Beijing Hutong" brought by Zhang Zhiyong, Chairman of Dongcheng District Federation of Literary and Art Circles, a veteran hutong fan and white-collar Xiaoqing met with the audience, and together they went into the nearby Dongsi historical relics protection essence area to learn about the old city protection and hutong culture. There, she also got to know the cultural relics protection volunteer team spontaneously organized by Dongsi residents, and signed up voluntarily to contribute to cultural relics protection.
"Openness, co-construction and co-creation" is the philosophy and purpose of the United States. This is a cultural space, and it is not limited to the cultural space. After the beauty, it is still exploring a new future.
Generate’s New Vitality in Cultural Space
As the core area, Dongcheng District has profound historical background and rich cultural resources, and is the main bearing area of the national cultural center function.
On the land of 41.84 square kilometers, there are many historical and cultural relics such as the Forbidden City, the Temple of Heaven, the Ditan, the Confucius Temple and the imperial academy, and there are 64 museums and theaters such as the National Museum of China, China Children’s Art Theatre, Sanlian Bookstore and Beijing People’s Art Theatre. It can be said that culture is the biggest feature of Dongcheng and the most precious wealth.
How to use such abundant cultural resources to serve the citizens has been a topic that Dongcheng District has been deeply cultivating for many years. Since 2014, Dongcheng has started to explore the supply-side reform in the cultural field, focusing on the three steps of "is there, is it enough, and is it good", and has promoted the socialization of public cultural services to the stage of 1.0 and 2.0, and now it has reached the stage of 3.0.
There are 17 streets all over Dongcheng District, and each street has a community service center, with rehearsal halls, conference rooms, reading rooms, electronic reading spaces and so on. It is a common place for community residents to sing, practice dancing, read books and read newspapers. In 2014, Dongcheng District was equipped with community cultural organizers through job purchase to serve the residents full-time.
However, with the personalized and diversified development of people’s spiritual and cultural needs, the standardized and standardized cultural services provided by the government have been difficult to meet the public’s needs. This requires a fundamental change from "government-run" to "government-managed" mode to further promote the socialization of public cultural services.
"The so-called socialization of public cultural services is to attract the participation of all social forces and form a pattern in which the government, market and society participate together. The essence is to strengthen content, improve quality, and ultimately enhance the people’s sense of cultural acquisition. " The relevant person in charge of the Dongcheng District Cultural Tourism Bureau said. Therefore, since 2016, Dongcheng has tried to introduce social forces, let professionals do professional things, and fundamentally solve the bottleneck of low professionalism, few service forms and low grade level. The 2.0 era has started.
In the past two or three years, a number of high-quality grassroots public cultural spaces in generate have been full of vitality: in the turret library with the characteristics of "the most Beijing", national non-genetic inheritors and post-90 s anchors talked about ingenuity and art together, and "52 Days of Non-legacy" became a well-known IP in the non-legacy circle; In the 27th Courtyard of Neiwufu Street, Hutong Aunt and foreign guys exchange identities and role-play, where new and old cultures coexist.
The early test of water has achieved results, and the supporting policies have kept up accordingly. Since 2018, Dongcheng District has continued to focus on the institutional construction of public cultural services, and gradually moved towards version 3.0. In May last year, it issued the "Guiding Opinions on Socialized Operation of Public Service Facilities in Dongcheng District".
Therefore, the United States came into being. Breaking through the original policy of "reporting once a year and inviting bids once a year" in financial procurement, Jingshan Street signed a three-year contract with Youhe Time Team, and set standards for the total amount of activities, audience satisfaction rate and number of participants, and assessed them once a year, so that citizens can effectively gain a sense of cultural acquisition.
Not only after the United States, in the past two years, emerging urban public cultural spaces such as Dongsi Hutong Museum, Gengdu Club and Yuanqing Bookstore have all become high-quality cultural habitats around citizens.
"Different from the previous two stages, the 3.0 stage reshaped the public cultural space, including not only public cultural services provided free of charge, but also various extended services provided at preferential rates. Cultural complexes are gradually taking shape and cultural vitality is unprecedented." The relevant person in charge of the Dongcheng District Cultural Tourism Bureau said.
The exploration of Dongcheng doesn’t stop there. Next, we will promote the post-American experience, and 17 streets in the whole district will realize the socialized operation of public cultural space in stages, so that citizens can feel the beauty of cultural infiltration at their doorsteps and let "Cultural Dongcheng" add color to the cultural life of the capital.
Expert interview
Professor Qi Shuyu, Department of Literature and History, Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (National School of Administration)
Q: Compared with the traditional public cultural service operation mode, what are the advantages of this public cultural service mode of government purchasing services and social forces operating in the United States?
A: The advantages are mainly reflected in three aspects. First of all, the efficiency of the use of financial funds has been improved. Traditional public cultural facilities are usually operated by institutions directly under the government. Financial funds should not only support project operation, but also support people, so the use efficiency is not high. Taking the way that the government purchases services and is operated by social organizations saves the cost of raising people, and the limited financial funds are all used to purchase services.
Secondly, it has improved public satisfaction. The cultural needs of grassroots people have both normalized needs and dynamic needs. Compared with the traditional public cultural service operating institutions, the operating mechanism of social forces is more flexible, and it is more timely and swift to respond to the dynamic needs of the public, which is helpful to improve the efficiency of public cultural services and increase the public’s sense of cultural acquisition.
Thirdly, a competitive mechanism for socialization of public cultural services has been formed. The socialization of public cultural services attaches great importance to the introduction of competition mechanism, and which institution has the strength and experience to better meet the public cultural needs will be responsible for its operation. Through public bidding, the experienced Youhe Time Operation Team serves as the operator of the United States, and the government strengthens supervision through regular assessment. This mechanism not only enhances the endogenous motivation of the operation team, but also stimulates the enthusiasm of other social institutions to participate in public cultural services.
Q: How can this model develop sustainably?
A: The Decision of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee clearly stated that it is necessary to promote the socialized development of public cultural services. Some cities such as Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen have many successful practices in this regard. The practice of the United States in the last four years is exploration and innovation, which sets a benchmark for the socialization of public cultural services in Beijing and is commendable.
To achieve sustainable development, first, we should attach importance to cultivating and encouraging more social forces to participate in the socialization of public cultural services. At present, local governments generally realize the advantages of socialization of public cultural services and hope to introduce social institutions to participate, but there are not many qualified social institutions.
The second is to enhance the self-hematopoietic capacity of socialized operating institutions. The government can’t buy all the services, but encourage social organizations to "self-hematopoietic", as it did in the United States. The government purchases the service of Youhe Time Operation, but there is a funding gap, so that the operators can meet the new expectations and requirements of the audience by providing diversified preferential services, expanding service channels and building brand IP, and increase their own "hematopoietic" function. Finally, it will achieve a win-win situation among the government, the operating subject and the audience.
Q: What are the shortcomings of the socialization of public cultural services at present? How to continue to innovate in the future?
A: The maturity of an industry depends on the degree of standardization. The higher the degree of standardization, the more dynamic the industry is. In May last year, Dongcheng District issued "Guiding Opinions on Socialized Operation of Public Service Facilities", "Basic Public Cultural Service Content Standards" and suggestions on performance evaluation model of socialized operation. The pioneering exploration in Dongcheng District provides a reference for the establishment of standards for the socialization of public cultural services in Beijing, which is worthy of praise.
Beijing is a mega-city, with a huge amount of public cultural services. The situation in each district is different and the standards are different. This needs to further deepen the research on its operating standards, attract more social institutions to participate, and ultimately benefit the citizens.

Will the situation on the peninsula heat up again? US: North Korea may test missiles again.

CCTV News:In response to the resumption of dialogue between the DPRK and the ROK, the US Permanent Representative to the United Nations Heili No.2 responded strongly that as long as North Korea does not stop its nuclear test, the United States will not recognize the dialogue between North Korea and any country.

On the same day, Heili also warned that North Korea may test missiles again. Heili said that the report shows that North Korea may be preparing for the next missile test. If this does happen, then the United States must implement more severe measures against North Korea.

US President Trump 2 also said on social media that "sanctions and" other "pressure measures are beginning to have a major impact on North Korea. North Korea now wants to talk with South Korea for the first time. Maybe it is good news, maybe it is not, and the United States needs to wait and see.

one

With the resumption of the Panmunjom hotline, the DPRK changed its previous tough attitude on the peninsula issue, and the DPRK-ROK relations showed a warming trend. However, in its attitude towards the United States, North Korea has not changed at all and remains very tough. Kim Jong-un, the top leader of North Korea, also issued a severe warning to the United States in his New Year message.

Kim Jong-un said: "The whole United States is within the attack range of our nuclear weapons, and the nuclear weapons button is always on my desk. This is true, not intimidation."

According to Yonhap News Agency’s analysis, the US is carefully analyzing the intentions contained in the two-sided speech of "dialogue" and "nuclear button" in Kim Jong-un’s speech and observing its changes. In the view of the United States, Kim Jong-un talked about the possibility of dialogue with South Korea in order to alienate South Korea and the United States. He should first observe the trend of dialogue between South Korea and North Korea and calmly respond.

[Expert analysis] The DPRK and the ROK started substantive contacts.

We have seen that after the exchange of goodwill, the DPRK and the ROK have started substantive contacts. At present, the two sides have reopened the Panmunjom contact hotline and made a phone call this morning. However, there are great differences between the two sides on the purpose of contact. The DPRK seems to be on the matter and is limited to sending a delegation to participate in the PyeongChang Winter Olympics, but the ROK hopes to start comprehensive talks. How to treat this difference between the DPRK and the ROK? In addition, the United States does not seem to be optimistic about the contacts between the DPRK and the ROK. Why? How will it affect the situation on the Korean peninsula?

one

Panmunjom (data map)

He Wenping, a special commentator of CCTV, analyzed that the strategy and goal of the peace talks between the DPRK and the ROK are inconsistent. On the one hand, North Korea extended an olive branch to show its goodwill and intention to ease relations to the international community, on the other hand, North Korea hoped to ease the increasingly severe sanctions through these measures. At the same time, we can see that North Korea has adopted a strategy of taking small steps, and does not want to make big strides in one step. For South Korea, what South Korea is most concerned about is the issue of "harmony", that is, solving the nuclear issue on the peninsula.

He Wenping said that what is different from South Korea’s particularly positive attitude is the attitude of the United States, which is still very tough. The main reason is that the United States is dissatisfied with North Korea’s sudden initiative in grasping the situation on the peninsula, while the South Korean side is very active. Therefore, the tension on the Korean peninsula is only temporarily eased. After the PyeongChang Winter Olympics, if the United States continues to conduct joint military exercises with South Korea and North Korea continues to conduct nuclear tests, the situation on the peninsula is likely to heat up again after the Winter Olympics.

Pan Yueming’s new drama "The Covenant of a New House" was finalized, and he was urged to lose weight. The more he lost weight, the fatter he became.

Seeing that a new month is coming, a new wave of dramas are also coming together to meet you. From April 28th, the urban light comedy "The Covenant of a New House" (formerly known as "The Ideal House"), which focuses on the theme of family decoration, will land on a set of prime time in CCTV.

This TV series, starring Angel, Pan Yueming and other well-known actors, tells the story of the manager of a small decoration company. Because he was too tolerant of his own family, he had to join a large decoration company and become a project manager. As a result, he got together with the talented designer Chen Xi. The story of the two people from being unhappy with each other to gradually recognizing each other and being fond of each other is a typical tell it to the judge urban light comedy routine.

In the preview, the hero and heroine held each other’s words, and the two men pointed their fingers at each other and did not give in at all. It was very lively for you to come and go. Originally, after such a preview was broadcast, everyone’s focus should be on the relaxed and humorous jokes brought by this urban light comedy. However, many netizens have said: Pan Yueming, please pay attention to your body management! How can such a beautiful metropolis beauty in Angel have a crush on you? What does she want from you?

Search related topics with netizens’ voices, and you will find that Pan Yueming has been struggling to lose weight for a long time.

Pan Yueming’s last work, Yunnan Worm Valley, was discussed endlessly. Pan Yueming plays Hu Bayi in "Yunnan Worm Valley", which is also called "Ghost Blowing Lights". As a retired soldier who has been in the army for many years, even if he is neglected in body management after quitting the army, he will not form a "Wang Pangzi".

Because the Hu Bayi that Pan Yueming gave to everyone made the original fans go wild, the voice of spitting on the Internet was boiling against the sky. Pan Yueming, the original actor himself, deeply realized his own problems at the first time, and also reflected on this mistake. He not only apologized to everyone, but also began to lose weight seriously. He often shared his weight loss trends in Weibo.

However, just in March, Pan Yueming shared that he couldn’t help it at the Weibo, and rewarded himself with a round braised egg and the fat of the oil flower, which was sandwiched in a cake that looked very soft in Huang Chengcheng. The netizen felt angry and funny after seeing it. He was angry that he failed to manage his body, and funny that he looked like himself when he failed to lose weight.

At this time, someone stood up and said, don’t all stars like to use fitness coaches? They are so rich, it should be easy to ask one or two people to teach them how to manage their bodies, right? This trick is not unheard of by Pan Yueming. In the interview, he said frankly that he used several fitness instructors, but it didn’t help him. He even took several fitness instructors to the ditch and suddenly fattened them up.

Losing weight again and again, and failing again and again, this is not without reason.

First of all, it is Pan Yueming’s occupation itself.

Different from many other middle-aged male stars, they can get rid of fat casually, either because they have a good innate foundation or they learned to sing and dance as idols when they were young. Pan Yueming didn’t have this foundation. He couldn’t sing or dance. He didn’t become an idol or love beans. When I was young, I didn’t know what body management was. My small face was round and developed at will, and it became what it is now.

Of course, on the other hand, more importantly, even if he still has his works and fans to give him the bottom, he dares to be so reckless.

Pan Yueming’s road in the entertainment circle is not smooth sailing. In his early years, everyone laughed at him for being a cream-skinned kid. After he got married, "meeting someone who is not suitable" was hit by a rake, and his reputation fell to the bottom. I thought that the career of the entertainment circle was over, but who knows that he came back with a "White Night Chasing Murder". Only then did everyone realize that we missed a treasure actor.

Then, looking back at Pan Yueming’s early works, it seems that they are all of good quality, and he can successfully show the expression and appearance that the role should have. The works such as "Longling Cave", which continued to exert its strength, made many new fans start to fall in love with Pan Yueming. Even regardless of these works in which Pan Yueming became the leading actor, which audience recognized him in "detective chinatown I" filmed midway? The highest requirement of a good actor is to make the audience not recognize you or you. Therefore, with so many confident works in my pocket, and fans believing that strength is paramount, the matter of face value can be put aside, so Pan Yueming is not so strict about his body management.

It is one thing to lose weight with confidence, but one of the professional requirements of actors is to manage their appearance strictly. I believe that if Pan Yueming is serious about being an actor as his lifelong career, he will seriously lose weight. It is the result, which needs further research.

Latest planning
Consumption is the main engine of economic growth and the direct embodiment of people’s needs for a better life. At present, the consumer market continues to pick up. Statistics from the National Bureau of Statistics show that in the first and second quarters of 2023, the year-on-year growth rate of per capita consumption expenditure of Chinese residents maintained a positive growth, and the cumulative growth rate in the second quarter reached 7.6%.
China’s consumption recovery is not only a quantitative expansion, but also a qualitative upgrade and structural optimization. On the whole, people’s yearning for a better life has turned from "whether there is" to "whether it is good", showing the characteristics of diversification, multi-level and multi-faceted. From physical goods to life services, from online shopping to offline shopping malls, the trend of digitalization, quality, personalization, diversification and brand upgrading of consumption is increasingly obvious. In this regard, this issue of People’s Forum focuses on special planning. The current consumption characteristics and situation in China have shown new changes.Invite experts and scholars to conduct in-depth discussions.Today, pay close attention to the new phenomenon and new mode of residents’ consumption in the digital economy era, and recommend reading!
From a new perspective, treatConsumption structure of residents
For the consumption structure of residents, academia and policy research departments usually make statistics and analysis from the following three aspects:
First, the purpose of consumptionIncluding subsistence consumption (or subsistence consumption), enjoyment consumption and development consumption. The direction of consumption upgrading is from survival consumption to development consumption and enjoyment consumption. This analytical perspective is based on the hierarchy of human needs, that is, from basic physiological needs and security needs to higher-level needs of socialization, respect and self-worth.
Second, the purpose or behavior of consumption. The National Bureau of Statistics divides residents’ consumption expenditure into eight categories: food, alcohol, tobacco, clothing, housing, daily necessities and services, transportation and communication, education, culture and entertainment, medical care and other supplies and services. The change of the proportion of eight kinds of consumption expenditure in the total consumption of residents usually reflects the change of consumption structure and the trend of consumption upgrading. For example, the consumption proportion of food, alcohol, tobacco and clothing is gradually decreasing, while the consumption proportion of housing, education, culture and entertainment, medical care and so on is gradually increasing. Among them, the proportion of total food expenditure to total personal consumption expenditure is the widely concerned Engel coefficient, which is regarded as one of the main standards to measure the wealth of a family or a country.
Third, the industrial types of consumer goods., including physical consumption and service consumption. Physical consumption corresponds to the primary and secondary industries, including non-durable consumer goods (food, clothing, daily necessities, etc.) and durable consumer goods (household appliances, furniture, automobiles, etc.); Service consumption corresponds to the tertiary industry, including health care, transportation, communication, leisure and culture, education and so on. An important feature of consumption upgrading is the continuous upgrading of durable consumer goods in household consumption, and the proportion of service consumption is increasing.
For the usual analysis of consumer behavior, the above three analysis perspectives dominated by consumer economics are enough. However, in the face of the ever-changing new consumption, we need to add a new perspective to grasp the new dimensions and trends of residents’ consumption structure changes, so as to understand consumption behavior more thoroughly and make relevant policies and business plans on this basis. Based on the insight into the increasingly rich consumer behaviors and complex consumer psychology in recent years, in addition to the above three traditional analytical perspectives, the analysis of consumption structure needs to include at least the following four aspects:
First, the meaning and values of consumption. That is to say, according to the deep motivation and values that affect consumers’ behavior, we can distinguish consumption types, such as self-pleasing consumption, lohas consumption, national tide consumption, advanced consumption, artificial consumption and so on. These consumptions are related to the enjoyment consumption and development consumption in the traditional classification, but the two concepts of "enjoyment" and "development" cannot fully reflect the rich connotation of the new meaning-driven consumption. In addition, in the process of consumption expansion, there are many unhealthy consumption phenomena (such as blind comparison, extreme extravagance, extravagance and waste, etc.). Therefore, to promote high-quality consumption, it is necessary to have a correct and healthy consumption concept to guide and enhance the spiritual realm of consumers, so as to avoid entering the trap of materialism and extreme individualism. Therefore, in the new era of consumption, it is necessary to pay attention to the meaning types of consumption. For the meaning of consumption, we can focus on several aspects: the proportion of self-satisfaction consumption, the proportion of Lohas consumption that pays attention to health and sustainable consumption, the proportion of national consumption that reflects cultural self-confidence, and the proportion of caring consumption (such as poverty alleviation consumption).
Second, the relationship and behavior of consumption. The main body of residents’ consumption is usually individuals, but personal consumption is carried out in a series of important relationships, including the relationship between consumers and producers, the relationship between consumers and the natural environment, and the relationship between consumers and others. In the process of consumption reform, these consumption relations are undergoing significant changes. For example, in the relationship with producers, consumers become co-producers; In the relationship with nature, consumers practice the concept of green consumption and low-carbon consumption; In the relationship with others, consumers gradually show their willingness and actions for gift consumption, shared consumption and circle consumption. Establishing a good consumption relationship is an important feature of high-quality consumption, which is easily overlooked in the traditional consumption structure analysis and needs to be supplemented.
Third, the channels and scenes of consumption.Such as online consumption and offline consumption, domestic consumption and outbound consumption, planned consumption and impromptu consumption. In the new consumption era, new consumption channels and new consumption scenarios have become important consumption growth points, which need special attention. For example, technological changes and supply-side structural reforms have brought about the increasing richness of sales methods and consumer buying behaviors, and a series of e-commerce platforms have evolved, such as shelf e-commerce, social e-commerce, interest e-commerce, instant retail e-commerce, and private e-commerce. If we ignore these changes in consumption channels, we can’t grasp the whole picture of new consumption.
Fourth, the quality structure of consumer goods. The quality grades of consumer goods include low quality (low grade), ordinary quality (middle grade) and high quality (high grade). The traditional consumption structure analysis ignores the grade differences in the same kind of consumption, for example, the same food consumption, which can be simple tea and plain rice, or delicacies; The same is clothing consumption, which can be simple and cheap, or high-end luxury. When studying the consumption structure, if we only make extensive statistics on the proportion of food consumption and clothing consumption and ignore their quality grades, it is obviously insufficient in the high-quality consumption stage of continuous consumption upgrading.
Grasping the new trend of consumption reform from six dimensions
Based on the above seven perspectives, this paper constructs six dimensions to analyze the changes of residents’ consumption structure, hoping to grasp the new trend of China’s consumption reform.
Dimension 1: Daily consumption. The "daily consumption" here basically corresponds to the traditional eight types of consumption expenditure, with the purpose of meeting the daily needs of residents. The change of daily consumption structure is mainly the change of the proportion of eight kinds of consumption expenditure in the total consumption expenditure of residents, that is, the most commonly used index in traditional consumption structure analysis, such as the change of the proportion of food consumption. The structural change trend of daily consumption should be very clear: the proportion of survival consumption decreases, while the proportion of development consumption and enjoyment consumption increases.
Dimension 2: quality and brand consumption. The purpose of quality and brand consumption is to meet the needs of residents’ decent life or superior life, not only to "live" but also to "live a good life". The structural change of "quality consumption" can be characterized by the change of consumption proportion of different quality grades in eight categories of consumption expenditure, such as the change of the respective proportions of low-end, middle-end and high-end foods in food consumption, and even the proportion of organic foods and non-genetically modified foods. Among them, the standard of quality grade may vary from person to person and will evolve with the development of the times.
Brand consumption is closely related to quality consumption, which can be combined in extensive analysis, but it should be discussed separately in more detailed analysis. The structure of "brand consumption" can be analyzed from many aspects. One is the proportion of brands of different grades (which is similar to the structure of "quality consumption"), such as the respective proportions of A-type cars (ordinary compact cars), B-type cars (medium-sized cars) and C-type cars (high-end cars) in automobile consumption; The second is the proportion of popular brands and personalized brands; The third is the proportion of international brands and domestic brands; The fourth is the proportion of traditional brands and cutting-edge brands; Wait a minute. For a long time, the structural change trend of quality and brand consumption is from low to high, that is, from low quality to high quality, low-end brands to high-end brands. However, with the new development concept being deeply rooted in people’s hearts, the current consumer’s concept of quality and brand is changing. For example, under the influence of low-carbon environmental protection concept, consumers may prefer new energy vehicles to traditional luxury gasoline vehicles with a long history.
Dimension 3: "please yourself".In the new consumption era, "self-pleasing consumption" with the purpose of making yourself happy and getting a better life experience has become the attitude of the younger generation. According to the Insight White Paper on Interest Consumption Trends in China in 2022 released by Ai Media Consulting, by 2021, the population of "post-90s" and "post-00s" in China is close to 320 million, which has become a new force in domestic consumption. Among them, more than 60% is to please themselves and enhance happiness as the core of consumption. They buy goods no longer only to meet practical needs, but also pay more attention to the personalized characteristics and additional emotional value of goods. The focus of quality and brand consumption is the characteristics of consumer goods, while the focus of "self-pleasing consumption" is the feelings and experiences of consumers themselves.
"Pleasing oneself for consumption" has become a trend, and it is the embodiment of our country’s social individuality. It should be noted that the rise of individual consciousness and the prevalence of "self-pleasing consumption" do not mean that consumers should deviate from society. In fact, in the minds of many consumers, their happiness is closely linked with family and society. People’s understanding of a better life is not limited to personal material content (such as rich material life), but also includes family relationship content (such as family reunion, family warmth, etc.) and national and social environment content (such as social harmony and stability, democratic civilization, national prosperity, etc.). Moreover, family relationship and national social dimension are more important. In a word, the pursuit of happiness, acquisition and security is behind the "self-pleasing consumption", which is the need of a better life, not only influenced by personal experience, but also by social environment and social relations. In the connotation of a better life corresponding to "self-pleasing consumption", the respective weights of individual prosperity, family happiness and national prosperity are important contents worthy of attention.
Dimension 4: "Co-create consumption".The deep interaction and co-creation between consumers and producers is an important consumption phenomenon in the new consumption era. "Co-creation of consumption" is a two-way trip between consumers and producers or brands. On the one hand, the younger generation of consumers pay more attention to self-expression, have a strong sense of participation and innovation motivation, are not satisfied with being passive consumers, but want to interact with producers or brands through the Internet platform and participate in the process of product creativity, design and marketing; On the other hand, producers or brands pay more and more attention to the relationship with consumers, and actively provide various conveniences to let consumers participate in the whole process of product from creativity, research and development to promotion. Co-creation mode makes consumers no longer passively accept products, but become co-creators of brands. In terms of co-creation with consumers, Xiaomi, Weilai Automobile and other enterprises have accumulated many successful experiences. It can be predicted that with the development of technology and the change of consumption concept, "co-creation consumption" will become more and more popular, and the ways of "co-creation consumption" will become more and more abundant.
Dimension 5: Digital consumption.Digital consumption is a new consumption pattern brought by the rapid development of digital economy, and it is a consumption activity for digital products and services based on new technologies such as Internet, cloud computing and artificial intelligence. In recent years, new formats of digital consumption, such as online shopping, webcasting, digital culture and online medical care, have become increasingly popular, creating many new consumption scenarios, bringing brand-new consumption experiences and changing people’s consumption habits, which has become an important driving force for expanding domestic demand, stabilizing growth and promoting transformation. Relevant statistics show that in 2022, the scale of China’s digital economy reached 50.2 trillion yuan, ranking second in the world, with a nominal increase of 10.3% year-on-year and a proportion of GDP increased to 41.5%.
In February, 2023, the Overall Layout Plan for the Construction of Digital China issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council clearly stated that it is necessary to "build an inclusive and convenient digital society". In July 2023, the General Office of the State Council forwarded the National Development and Reform Commission’s Measures for Restoring and Expanding Consumption, and clearly put forward 20 new measures for restoring and expanding consumption, with special emphasis on expanding digital consumption, accelerating the digital transformation of traditional consumption, and promoting the development of digital consumption norms such as e-commerce, live stream economy and online entertainment. It can be predicted that with the strong support and promotion of various policies, China’s digital infrastructure will be more perfect, digital governance and digital services will be more perfect, new formats and new modes of digital consumption will be continuously enriched, and the platform economy will continue to develop healthily, bringing consumers more and better intelligent and humanized consumption experiences. It is worth noting that digital consumption plays an important role in promoting various related consumption activities. For example, the new mode of digital consumption will bring a better consumption experience and expand the space of "pleasing oneself to consume". Digital consumption can also better create a scene of real-time connection and intelligent connection between consumers and producers, and vigorously promote "co-creation of consumption".
Dimension 6: "Harmony and consumption"."Harmony consumption" refers to harmonious, beautiful, healthy and sustainable consumption, which embodies the good state of consumption relationship. "Harmony consumption" includes at least four aspects. First, it is helpful to the harmony of personal physical and mental health and avoid bad consumption; Second, pay attention to family harmony, care for relatives and friends, and pension consumption and parent-child consumption are all related to this; Third, pay attention to the harmony between people and society, and increase the proportion of social consumption and shared consumption; Fourth, it reflects the harmony between man and nature, and the proportion of green consumption and low-carbon consumption has increased. In the process of promoting high-quality consumption, the proportion of "Hemei consumption" will be higher and higher.
How to optimize the consumption structure of residents?
The above six dimensions provide a more systematic framework for us to analyze the changes of residents’ consumption structure. At the same time, taking these dimensions and corresponding development trends as a reference, we can more clearly see the shortcomings and problems existing in China’s current residents’ consumption, such as there are still some obstacles and hidden barriers in the consumption field, the legal environment and service foundation of assured consumption need to be improved, the service awareness and service ability of enterprises need to be improved urgently, the supporting measures for new consumption such as digital consumption need to be improved, and some consumption concepts need to be updated. Therefore,To promote the high-quality development of consumption, we should not only exert our strength from the economic aspect, but also take the overall concept and systematic thinking as the basis, make various measures and take measures simultaneously, build a good ecology, and consolidate the foundation of consumption upgrading and consumption structure optimization.
In the social aspect, we should advocate the new fashion of "beauty consumption", establish a scientific "consumption upgrading concept" that conforms to the new development concept, and adhere to the "double standards" of high-quality consumption upgrading: first, we should meet the needs of consumers for a better life (rather than unhealthy and vulgar needs), and second, we should meet the requirements of the new development concept (innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing) and make new development. The "double standard" of high-quality consumption upgrading means taking into account the needs of individuals for a better life and the desire of all people to build a better society. In terms of consumers, guide them to establish a healthy consumption concept and enhance the consumption realm. Create conditions for consumers to have more opportunities to participate and stronger co-creation ability, and improve the co-creation efficiency of consumers, producers and brands. In terms of enterprises, on the one hand, we should advocate long-term doctrine, put an end to short-term behaviors of quick success and misleading consumers, on the other hand, we should actively take advantage of the opportunity of consumption upgrading to make up for shortcomings such as insufficient service capacity, optimize the consumption ecology from the supply side, and promote the upgrading of consumption. In addition, relevant government departments can go beyond the traditional economic management and consumption management mode, fully grasp the new dimensions and trends of consumption structure changes, carry out strategic changes and governance model innovation based on brand-new cognition, introduce and implement new policies and measures in time, and create a good ecology to promote high-quality consumption.
